the internet was an absolute mess, slow when it mattered most. i was just expecting a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but apparently, that’s too much to ask. breakfast was overpriced, and certainly not worth it. i almost thought of giving a better review, but just couldn’t.

My stay at Hotel Andreas in Skala was incredible! The family-run charm and pool area provided a delightful ambiance. The terrace restaurant served some of the best Greek food I've ever tasted. A minor downside was the soft beds, but overall a truly enjoyable experience!

It was just a proper fit for a quick break in Skala (Agistri) with decent value for money. The staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable, even offering a complimentary drink upon arrival. Be sure to check out the local spots for food options instead of relying on the hotel’s dining.

My kids wished there were evening pool hours for evening swims.
-
missingWrote a review on 11 Julhigh prices
Prices for basic items like bottled water and snacks are noticeably high, which could frustrate those looking to save a few credits. The kitchenette is cramped, barely sufficient for meal prep, and there are restrictions on bringing food into rooms—an unusual rule that seems out of place. The walk back from the nearby restaurants can be a bit of a trek, especially after a long day. securing sunbeds by the pool requires an early start due to towel tactics employed by some guests.

Pleasant Stay with Room for Improvement
A lovely setting for a getaway! Highlights include a stunning sea view from our room and reliable Wi-Fi. it would be great if the pool area received more attention. Consider exploring local restaurants since options at the hotel can be a bit hit-or-miss, especially the pool bar.

The atmosphere at Hotel Andreas felt quite welcoming, and I liked the proximity to local shops and restaurants in Skala. My room had a lovely view overlooking the pool, great for enjoying morning coffee. Daily housekeeping kept everything tidy, and I appreciated fresh towels every other day. The pool was a highlight, with a pleasant temperature, making it enjoyable to relax there. I found the tavern on-site delightful—the staff served delicious homemade meals, including their own olives and olive oil. Although the food was good, prices at the pool bar felt a bit steep for what you got. I was disappointed by the bed comfort. it sagged in the middle, which affected my sleep. Another downside was the walk back from the local restaurants uphill, which could be tiring at times. Despite some minor issues, I look forward to returning for another stay!
